  • Central Proposition – Human-centred design can be used to create transparency and reassurance within an urgent care clinic waiting room to enable patients to understand the triage system and feel more at ease whilst waiting.
  • What is Notify?
    • Card – NFC technology, iOS14
    • Kiosk – privacy tensions
    • Mobile platform – different target audience,
    • Screen – for those that don’t care about specifics or aren’t waiting very long
