Week 9: Questionaire

Potential questions to ask in another questionaire:

  • Describe urgent care waiting room experience
  • Do you feel like you need reassurance? Reassurance that you’ll eventually be seen?
  • Description of Notify
    • How the patient journey works
    • 4 touchpoints
  • How the card works
  • Do you think having an animal avatar rather than a number would be better? If so why?
  • If you were to see a screen in the waiting room what information would you want on it?
  • Would it be beneficial to have the time you arrived on the screen?
  • If you were to change an element of how this works what would you do?
